LGU Lingayen and Pangangasinan State University-Open University Systems jointly Advance Employee Development Collaboration.

The HON. MAYOR LEOPOLDO N. BATAOIL, Municipality of Lingayen and the Executive Director of PSU-OUS DR. MARIE CLAIRE B. BRIONES, Lingayen, Pangasinan, plan to collaborate for the advancement and professional development of key officials and its’ employees in the area of Public Management in Masters Curricular Degree Program.

The brief conference was held at the Mayor’s Office, Lingayen, Pangasinan where he proudly and humbly presented to us also his grand development plans, projects and programs for Lingayen.
